Planting Instructions
- Ideal Season: Plant red spinach seeds in warm weather, as they thrive in temperatures between 18°C to 30°C (65°F to 85°F).
- Soil Preparation: Use loose, well-draining soil enriched with organic compost. Aim for a slightly acidic to neutral pH (6.0–7.5).
- Sow the Seeds: Scatter seeds lightly on the soil surface and cover with a thin layer of soil (about 1/4 inch). Keep rows 12–18 inches apart for ample space.

- Germination Stage: Keep the soil consistently moist until seeds sprout, usually within 5–10 days.
- Growing Stage: Water regularly to maintain even moisture, but avoid waterlogging. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between watering.
Growing and Maintenance
- Thinning Seedlings: Once seedlings reach 2–3 inches tall, thin them to 6–8 inches apart to ensure proper airflow and growth.
- Fertilizing: Apply a balanced organic fertilizer once every two weeks for vibrant, healthy leaves.
- Mulching: Add mulch around the plants to retain moisture and prevent weeds.
